HOT/COLD PACK INSTRUCTIONS
HEATING: Loosely roll pack and place pack in microwave for 2 minutes or less. Take pack out of microwave, unroll and check temperature of the pack. The inner area of the pack will be hotter than the outside so do not heat for more time based on the temperature of the outside of the pack. LET PACK COOL COMPLETELY FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE REHEATING. If your microwave does not have a turn table, then you should heat your pack for 1 minute, take it out and roll it the other direction and heat for 1 more minute or less. Having a turn table keeps the pack from overheating from sitting in the same spot. When the pack is heated it will feel moist, the flax seed in the pack produces a healthy moist heat for your muscles. This natural moisture will not hurt the pack. *see cleaning instructions.
CAUTION: Microwaves vary. Heating for a longer period of time may cause the pack to burn. This can cause permanent damage to the pack, cause a fire, or damage your microwave oven. Check temperature before using to prevent burning your skin.
COOLING: Place inner pack in freezer safe bag or container and place in freezer. Pack is coldest after 24 hours in the freezer. Storing inner pack in freezer will preserve the life/longevity of the flax seed filler. Let inner pack return to room temperature before applying the heating process in the microwave.
CLEANING: Remove cover and wash cover in cool water, tumble dry low. DO NOT WASH INNER PACK, or get wet. Water will damage the content.

SCARF INSTRUCTIONS
HEATING: Loosely roll scarf and place in microwave for 40 seconds. Take scarf out of microwave, unroll and check the temperature. The inner area of the scarf will be hotter than the outside so do not heat for more time based on the temperature of the outside. If your microwave does not have a turn table, then you should heat your scarf for 20 seconds, take it out and roll it the other direction and heat for 20 seconds more. Having a turn table keeps the scarf from overheating from sitting in the same spot. When the scarf is heated it will feel moist, the flax seed in the scarf produces a healthy moist heat for your muscles. This natural moisture will not hurt the scarf. DO NOT REHEAT THE SCARF FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES UNTIL IT HAS COMPLETELY COOLED.
